The Neighborhood Property Management Homeowner and Board Application offers a streamlined, mobile-friendly platform for engaging with your community association. Users can conveniently manage payments, review account details, and access essential community information in a single location.

For those with an existing login for their association website, accessing the app is straightforward; simply enter the same email address and password. New users can register by clicking the registration button and providing required information. Upon approval, users will receive an email containing a link to set their password, enabling direct login to the app.

In case of forgotten passwords, users can select the 'Forgot Password' link, submit their email address, and receive instructions for resetting their password.

Once logged in, homeowners will find direct access to a variety of features:

• Easily switch between accounts if multiple properties are owned
• Homeowner Dashboard
• Access association documents
• Access association directories
• Access association photos
• Utilize the Contact Us page
• Pay assessments
• View violations – add comments and upload photos directly from mobile devices
• Submit Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests with attached pictures and documents
